During the November 7th 2019 Regular meeting, a motion was carried to have:
“the RM Office closed to the public for 3 days a week
effective Nov 18 until Dec 27 2019
for the purpose of 2019 year end preparation,
as well as to manage the backlog of tasks and projects requiring action.”
Therefore, the 2 open office days will be Mondays and Tuesdays
(closed Wed, Thurs, Fri weekly) until the end of December 2019.
