Will be received by the undersigned at the Municipal Office in Blaine Lake during office hours Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from September 15, 2022 until October 5, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. local time. Nomination forms may be obtained from the Municipal Office at 118 Main Street, Blaine Lake, SK, or can be printed off the RM’s website at https://rmofblainelake434.ca/ Nomination forms must be properly executed and accompanied by a Public Disclosure Statement.
