During the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Blaine Lake #434 which was held in the RM’s Municipal Office, at 118 Main Street, on Thursday, May 21, 2020, the following motion was made:
Res#316/20 REOPEN OFFICE
DAGENAIS: That the Council of the RM of Blaine Lake #434 supports Administration’s plan in re-opening the RM office on Monday, May 25, 2020, under the following precautions:
- On a trial basis;
- Starting at half days, being open to the public from 9:00AM – 12:00PM, Monday through Thursday;
- One person will be allowed into the office at a time;
- A doorbell will be installed for visitors use;
- That staff and visitors will be required to follow all Public Health Orders and guidelines; and
- This information is to be communicated via the website.
